If you’ve been feeling stuck in patterns of emotional reactivity, self-doubt, or pain from past experiences, you’re not alone - and there is a way forward. I offer a powerful, neuroscience-based approach called BrainWorking Recursive Technique (BWRT) that helps gently but effectively retrain the brain’s response to trauma.

My main therapy protocol typically involves 5–6 sessions. Because BWRT is short-term and structured, you won’t be left wondering how long the process will take. DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
I am an out-of-network provider for insurance plans. I can provide you with a superbill that contains all required information to submit for reimbursement through out of network benefits or submit for reimbursement through an HSA /FSA plan. Please reach out to me if you have specific questions.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
The cash pay rate for a 50-minute individual counseling session is $150.

I’m committed to making counseling accessible. If cost is a concern, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I may be able to offer a reduced rate.
WHAT IS CHRISTIAN COUNSELING?
Christian Counseling integrates faith and a biblical worldview into the therapy process. I view this as an invitation to partner best-practice counseling interventions with the hope of the gospel. This process is the nitty-gritty work of taking every thought captive and making it obedient to Christ - where we open wide a door for freedom (2 Cor. 10:5; Galations 5:1). We get to partner with God in the healing design and order He created, looking at mind, body, and spirit. I respect where you are at in your faith journey and understand if you would prefer not to have this a part of the therapy process.
